This month, Circus Corvinni visited our school and put on an amazing show. We had juggling, clowns, balancing acts, acrobatics and of course a contortionist. The skill shown by the performers, especially the younger family members was astounding and certainly it takes a lot of hard work, effort, patience and commitment to perform at this…
This week, West Midlands Children’s Theatre visited our school to perform its latest production, “The Bluebird”. The three actors did an incredible job, playing multiple roles with ease and credibility, as they told the legend of “The Bluebird”. This legend, set long ago in Russia, tells the tale of Prince Ivan as he sets out…
Our happy faces say it all. We were so happy to fill and proudly present our shoeboxes filled with items from the “4 W’s” list (ie. write, wash, wear, Wow), as part of the “Shoebox Appeal”. This initiative, which is run by Team Hope (an Irish, Christian, International Development Charity) works to help children affected by poverty…
To celebrate Halloween, we all dressed up in various costumes. We had witches, pirates, skeletons, clowns, superheroes, farmers, ghosts, zombies, etc. We also had a little party. It is so good to celebrate these occasions with our school friends.

Early this term, we had a concert to mark the completion of the “Music Generation” programme. At Easter, our teachers always treat us (as we are “such good children”) and this year was no exception as they again organised an Easter Egg Treasure Hunt. At this stage, we are well-used to this hunt and the eggs (with the exception of the last few) are usually very easy to find but happily…
Ar Lá le Pádraig bhí “Lá Glas” againn ar scoil agus ghléas gach duine in éadaigh glasa. Bhaineamar a lán taitnimh as an lá.

We tried out lots of different toppings, eg. maple syrup, lemon juice, sugar, honey, jam and of course everybody’s favourite – Nutella. The pancakes were just…
