As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a positive, respectful and inclusive school environment, we are proud to share our Student-Friendly Bí Cineálta Policy.
This initiative builds on our official Bí Cineálta Policy, which is available to view in the Policy section of this website. To ensure that the values and expectations within the policy are meaningful and accessible to all, our pupils worked collaboratively to create a version in their own words.
Through discussion, teamwork and reflection, students explored what it means to be kind, respectful and responsible in our school community. The result is a student-friendly version of the policy that clearly reflects their voices, ideas and understanding.
This version is now displayed throughout the school, serving as a daily reminder of the standards we all share and uphold. By involving students in this process, we are empowering them to take ownership of their behaviour and to actively contribute to a positive school culture.
Together, we continue to promote a culture of kindness — Bí Cineálta — in everything we do.
