Christmas magic was beautifully brought to life this year by our amazing pupils. Our Christmas play, No One Wraps Like an Elf, was filled with singing, dancing, laughter, and festive fun. Saturday was a special day for our very special 2nd class children who received the Sacrament of the Eucharist for the very first time. As part of Science week last week, the children in the Junior Room had lots of fun exploring, investigating and experimenting. Rain, rain go away! With plenty of rain falling lately, we decided to design our colourful umbrellas. Sponge painting the background was great fun, and once all the different parts were completed, our finished masterpieces looked amazing. Now, let’s hope the rain does go away!
We had so much fun playing our instruments together. We were learning about rhythm and beats and we were just brilliant at keeping the beat, following rhythm patterns and expressing ourselves through movement to the music. It was smiles and laughter all round during these lessons. Musicians in the making!
