Last Friday marked the last day in St. Joseph’s N.S. for our two 6th Class pupils, Caitlin and James. We will really miss Caitlin and James and their helpful, friendly, pleasant, mannerly, cheerful and respectful ways. We wish them both all the very best as they move onto secondary school.
Good attendance at school is really important and each year we award all those children who have attended well throughout the year. This year, eleven of our children received an award for having missed only one day or less. This is a great achievement and we are very proud of these children.

Though we each performed to the best of our ability, we were not selected to move onto the next stage of the competition. However, we really enjoyed our trip to the Astro Pitch in Enniscrone and we will continue to work on our Gaelic skills.

Well done, to this great lady! It’s great to see your artistic ability being recognised.
