We love our art at St. Joseph’s N.S., so we were absolutely delighted to hear that some of our talented pupils won 1st prize, 3rd prize, and a Highly Commended award in the Templeboy Aughris Rural Action (TARA) Beach Cleaning Poster Competition!
We put a lot of effort into creating our posters, as we wanted to show just how important it is to keep our beautiful beaches and coastline clean for everyone to enjoy. We’re especially proud to know that our artwork – along with the other winning entries – will be displayed along the coastal walkways, where the whole community can admire them. Now, we’re really looking forward to the prize-giving ceremony at The Beach Bar. What a great way to celebrate art, the environment, and our wonderful local area!
