This week, we swapped pencils for paintbrushes and created stunning works of art – on real canvas! Showing lots of imagination, creativity and attention to detail, we created very impressive paintings that wouldn’t look out of place in a professional art gallery. A big part of the fun was experimenting with colour and we enjoyed mixing our paints to create beautiful new shades, learning how colours combine, and discovering the joy of making something entirely unique. We also worked very carefully to add interesting elements and intricate details to our paintings and, without doubt, our completed works were just amazing and we were so proud to take them home to share with our families.
