After reading about dramatic cave and mining rescues, we decided to explore ‘Energy’. Working in groups, we researched renewable and non-renewable energy sources. Then, we compiled all our information onto poster paper with added illustrations. With the text and illustrations complete, we rehearsed our oral presentations before presenting our work to the class. We love our group projects as not only do we broaden our knowledge but we also learn lots about collaboration, compromise, time-management, independence, responsibility, communication skills, social skills, and so much more! So, what project is next?
