In Geography, we have been working on ‘Human Environments’. As part of our work, we explored transport and it was interesting to read about transport locally and in other parts of Ireland and throughout the world. In groups, we discussed the ‘pros and cons’ of land, air and sea transport. We concluded our work by exploring Google maps and we had lots of fun locating our own homes, the homes of family members and other well-known places locally and further afield.
