This year, we were thrilled to welcome Orla, one of our parents, to our school to help us with some Christmas cake decorating. We rolled out the icing and after laying it over our cakes, we cut it into shape. Then we used left-over bits of icing and other coloured icing pieces to decorate our cakes. This was a real fun activity and, hopefully, Santa will be really pleased with this tasty treat on Christmas Eve.
