After reading about Francis Brown, and an extract from ‘Survivor of the Titanic‘ by Stephen Davies, we were tasked with completing a group project on the Titanic. Using documents and books, relevant to the Titanic, which some of us kindly brought to school, we commenced our project by creating our own little Titanic museum. After perusing all the evidence, we conducted lots of online research, in addition, to exploring textbooks and library books. Then, we compiled all our material onto chartboard, and, after, rehearsing our oral presentation, we presented our projects to our classmates. Our projects can now be viewed on our classroom noticeboards, if you would like to learn a little about this great ship!
