Last week, we attended a Cumann na mBunscol blitz in a very sunny Scarden. Our girls’ team played 4 matches and despite, battling hard, were unlucky to lose by a single point in the Shield semi-final. Meanwhile, our boys’ team played and won 3 matches, thereby securing a place in the 2-Teacher School County Final which will be played in Markievicz Park, on Saturday, 8th June. We are really looking forward to this match and, regardless of the result, we are very proud of our boys and their achievements, thus far.
