Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) learning is very important in this technological age and, therefore, we were really grateful when our principal surprised us with the purchase of outdoor STEM toys. Luckily, the weather was sunny and children in both junior and senior classrooms got a chance to try out the toys straightaway. Hopefully, with summer approaching and the prospect of more good weather, we will got lots more opportunities to work collaboratively and create many interesting and varied constructions.
