Digital Mental Health and Well Being Programmes

Space From Anxiety programme for young people between 15 – 18 years old who present with low to moderate anxiety. Programmes are also provided for parents/carers who would like to support their young person who experiences anxiety.
Supporting An Anxious Child programme – For parents/carers of children aged between 5 & 11 years old.
Supporting An Anxious Teen programme – For parents/carers of young people between the ages of 12 and 18.

SilverCloud consists of a collection of digital mental health programmes that are evidence-based, interactive, human-supported, convenient and easy to use. The aim of these programmes is to empower the user to think and feel better and to apply the given techniques in their day-to-day lives. The Space From Anxiety and Supporting An Anxious Child/Teen programmes now offered by ISPCC are grounded in the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, incorporate mindfulness practice ideologies and are specifically designed to assist in managing anxiety.
