Enniscrone Library

On a recent swimming trip, we took in a visit to Enniscrone Library. We really enjoyed browsing through all of the books and as our parents had previously completed Library Membership Forms, we were able to take home some books using our new library cards. While at the library and on the bus journey home, we enjoyed reading our chosen books. Our teacher also borrowed a set of “Tom’s Midnight Garden” by Philippa Pearse and the children in 5th and 6th Class are really looking forward to reading this book as a class novel. Reading is a very enjoyable activity. It can open up so many new worlds and is wonderful for developing our imagination, vocabulary skills and creativity.
