Laudato Si Workshop

We really enjoyed the religious workshop today. This workshop is part of “Be a Link in the Chain for Change” which is a project created by Bishop Fleming in response to Pope Francis’ Encyclical “Laudato Si”. We discussed climate change, deforestation, pollution and excessive spending, all of which are important themes of the encyclical. Pope Francis wants us to care more for our world (“our common home”) and all the people who live in it. After the workshop, Monica Morley asked us some questions and our responses and snippets of the workshop will be broadcast on Midwest Radio at 9.00am on Sunday, 5th June.
