Recently, as part of an Oral Language activity, we were assigned the task of teaching a lesson. We were free to choose a recently studied topic in History or Geography so most of us choose an Ancient Civilization or volcanoes. This was a really enjoyable activity and we fairly got creative with our activities and methodologies using worksheets, video, food tasting, images, artefacts, drawing and painting, circle time, story, etc.
