Recently, Mark from ‘Leave No Trace Ireland‘ contacted us in relation to their online Championship program. As part of this program, Mark presented a one-hour interactive lesson. The overall theme of this lesson was biodiversity and protecting our local natural environment. Through this lesson, we learned about some of the creatures which live in local and other environments. We also looked at littering and pollution and given the length of times it takes many of the materials which we use everyday to biodegrade, it really is so important that we look at more responsible consumption in addition to proper waste disposal. Our environment is sacred and we really must try harder to preserve it for future generations.
